Today I have to show off how awesome my boyfriend is. Don’t be jealous. Last semester in school he did a redesign of the title sequence for the movie The Fly.
Here’s what he had to say about the video:
“Last semester at Kendall I chose to redesign the title sequence for the 1986 version of The Fly to try out the school’s DSLR camera. The titles themselves were created manually by filming printed transparencies that were squirted with water. The idea was that the names and words would melt and dissolve like a fly’s meal.”

SO cool! Reminds me that I should probably use the video function on my DSLR at least once in my life. The fingernail part freeeeaked me out; I was scarred by that in the real movie, too.
